MAY MISSION

Michigan Lutheran Seminary is our May mission. The school, located at Court and Hardin Streets, is a Wisconsin Synod high school that provides a college prep curriculum. Under God, Michigan Lutheran Seminary prepares young people for a lifetime of service to the Lord Jesus Christ.

The special purpose of MLS is to train students for the public ministry of the gospel and to enroll them upon graduation at Martin Luther College, New Ulm, Minnesota.

What a blessing to have the opportunity to continue the Christian education of our young people at a WELS high school. For much more information visit the Michigan Lutheran Seminary web site at www.mlsem.org.

CAN YOU HELP?                    – from Principal Hein

Mr. Dan Fein, our school’s custodian, has had some foot surgery and will be out through the end of the school year. We are looking for a few people who would be able to sweep and “spot” wet mop the cafeteria after lunches. This would take about 30 minutes (12:30-1:00-ish). If you could help out with this for the remainder of the school year, please call the school office during the afternoon (799-3271). Thank you!

LIBRARY HELP NEEDED

We are looking for volunteers to help with shelf check on Monday, May 12th & Tuesday, May 13th from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. each day. If you could give anytime at all during these two days, please show up at the library. Thank you.
